What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process that is about looking ahead, growing and moving forward.

It is the art and practice of empowering others to move from where they are, to where they want to be. Coaching helps people expand their visions, unlock their potential, build their confidence, gain clarity of their values and take practical steps toward their goals or ideal life.

Christian coaching combines the processes and accountability of life coaching with the power and transformation of God the Father, Son (Jesus) and Holy Spirit, and has a deeper sense of eternal purpose. It's about bringing God's love into the process. Christian coaching also brings a Biblical worldview to the coaching experience.
