I am so glad you're here!  Here is a little about me: I am in LOVE with Jesus. I'm a farmer's wife and Mama of two in the Foothills of North Carolina, dairy cows are what we have the most of however, I would have a whole zoo if my hubby would let me (LOL). I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, traveling, and my favorite time of the day is sunrise and sunset.

 

I am a certified Christian Life Coach and Revelation Wellness Instructor with 8+ years experience in the health and wellness industry. I have a passion for encouraging and discipling other women to help ignite their faith and grow their confidence in Christ. 

 

Life is hard, there is no denying that, but Christ came so that we might have LIFE and have it to the FULL (John 10:10) and that is the life I want for myself and others.  I have learned from experience that the culture we live in puts all sorts of worldly expectations on us as women and moms to have it all, be all, and do it all, and that my friend, only leads to exhaustion, burnout, and unfulfillment.  Christ died for us to be FREE! Free to be the women He created us to be.  YOU sister, are a beloved daughter of the King, chosen and created on purpose, for a purpose. You have a unique set of gifts and talents given just for that purpose and I would be honored to walk along side of you as you discover what they are and step fully into your God-given potential.
